[:

[00:00:38] Natalie: I think that happens for a lot of people. I think like, you know, they see their friends, Sprinkle of Joy. They go to the spa, Sprinkle of Joy. They get a nice gift, Sprinkle of Joy. Promotion at work, Sprinkle of Joy. But when they think about their day to day, there ain't no Sprinkle of Joy. Their day to day is mediocre.

[:

[00:01:28] Natalie: So you can be brushing your teeth joyfully. You can be eating breakfast joyfully. You can be at work joyfully. But it's the intention and it's the alignment. If you are working a job that you actually enjoy, where you feel fulfilled, where you feel like you're making an impact, where you feel like you're using your gifts and talents, joy will naturally come.

[:

[00:02:17] Natalie: And how do we want to feel? And if joyful is the goal, then we need to be more intentional in the action. Because I don't think that we were created in life to have sprinkles of joy. I want the whole sundae. I want the whole sundae, with the whipped cream, the sprinkles, and the cherry on top. Don't ever forget my cherry on top.

[:

[00:03:10] Natalie: My favorite quote, To thine own self be true. Until next time, continue to serve yourself, your loved ones, and your communities from a full cup.
